About
Welcome to Cafe Lozzi, a vibrant hideout nestled in the heart of Munich at Pestalozzistraße 8. This charming cafe is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a cozy atmosphere, delicious treats, and a friendly vibe. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it's perfect for catching up with friends or finding a peaceful nook to enjoy your favorite book.
One of the standout features of Cafe Lozzi is its impressive selection of cakes, particularly their vegan offerings. Diners have raved about the delightful matcha lemon cake and the intensely flavored peanut butter brownie. As Isabella “izy” Schultz-Wild states, the texture is soft and chewy, making every bite a truly indulgent experience. Many guests, like Gina (G.M.K.), appreciate that you can satisfy your sweet tooth even in the evening, with options available until 8 PM.
The vibes here are consistently noted by patrons. Sayaka Kira captures the essence well by describing it as a blend of a cozy cafe and a lively bar, providing a unique ambiance frequented by the city's youth. Whether you're sipping on a pink latte or enjoying a piece of quiche, the atmosphere feels almost like being welcomed into someone’s home.
With its bustling energy, Cafe Lozzi also embraces the spirit of community. Müge highlights the friendliness of the staff, contrasting the typically indifferent service found in larger city cafes. The warmth from both the team and the environment enhances the overall experience, making it feel homey and inviting.
For those who are health-conscious or have dietary restrictions, Cafe Lozzi does not disappoint. Options abound for vegan and flour-free cakes, ensuring that even those with specific dietary needs can enjoy a delicious treat without compromising flavor. And if you’re in the mood for something savory, their coffee is met with a variety of snacks that cater to all tastes.
In summary, Cafe Lozzi is more than just a cafe; it’s a community haven where homemade flavors meet a nurturing atmosphere. Whether you're there for the coffee, the cakes, or simply the cool vibes, you’ll leave with a smile and perhaps a new favorite spot in Munich. Prepare yourself for not only a meal but an experience that nourishes both body and soul.
“ Lovely cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Various options for cakes and the coffee was good too! The staff were friendly and the vibe was nice :) ”
“ The place has got a lovely hideout vibe. It’s very cosy. The inside can be a bit humid and hot though, with windows closed. The sweets they make are tasty. It’s a perfect mixture of a cafe and a bar, I’d say. Very popular among young people. You may have to queue up a bit if you come here without any reservation. ”
“ First of all this is such a lovely place. The atmosphere is very homely and cosy, you almost feel like you are at someone’s house. Our waiter was super nice and served us with amazing pastries. What I really appreciate about this place is, that they still serve you cake at 8pm and a nice coffee. Another special thing about this place is, that the cakes are mostly vegan and super delicious. I can 100% recommend this place to everyone! ”
“ So many vegan cakes!! I tried two: matcha lemon and peanut butter (brownie?) and they were both delicious! The matcha one tasted more like lemon and was very sour, but still so soft and chewy. The peanut butter was so intense and just unbelievably good. Then I wanted to drink something to it and decided to try the pink latte, as I haven't ever before. It was nice, but tasted a bit like chai/ginger. The portion is smaller than a matcha. Overall atmosphere very cute and alternative. I'll be coming again to try more vegan cakes Prices were 3-5€, valid. ”
“ One of my favourite places in Munich for coffee/tea/cake! On weekends it is a bit tough to find a spot but if you wait a bit you’ll get a space. First of all the staff is very friendly unlike what you are generally used to in Munich. They have vegan and flour free options at times. Their cakes are delicious and the coffee is pretty decent. For a piece of quiche, coffee and tea I paid in total 14.50€ in August 2025. ”
